No. It has no access to your Blizzard account, marketplace account, order, payment, delivery, chat, refund, or appeal.
How should a wrong listing be handled?
Do not purchase it. Verify the destination details and use the destination’s reporting controls when available. A dedicated site correction channel remains an open operational requirement.
